Overview:

The German effort to encircle or bypass American forces in the Ardennes offensive required aggressive, even reckless pursuit of any breakthrough. Invariably, this strategy resulted in unexpected, but nonetheless vicious confrontations. One such conflagration involved the leading force of the German 560th Volksgrenadier Division and the recently deployed American 203rd AAA Battalion at a tiny Belgian crossroads called Baraque de Fraiture.
Attacker: German (Kampfgruppe Schumann, 1130th Grenadier Regiment, 560th Volksgrenadier Division)
Defender: American (203rd AAA Battalion, 7th Armored Division with 589th Field Artillery Battalion Service Battery, 106th Infantry Division)

2025-01-29(D) Lee Hyde vs Joe Armold German winGermans had so much luck in this one, but still great fun. They flatly refused to stray, so were able to head to buildings despite venturing way off the road. Americans even tried an Overrun against a lowly HS on the road, who promptly rolled Snakes, generating a Leader as a result of the CC-Reaction, sending the HT up in flames. Bucket list big tick.
