Overview:
The Free French 2nd Armored Division, freshly landed from England, rushes north on the Le Mans/Argentan axis to close the Falaise pocket where there are around 200,000 Germans. The Minjonnet subgroup, of the Langlade battle group, rushes towards its objective: the La Saunerie bridge, on the Orne.
