Overview:

The breakout from the Pusan Perimeter would not be considered successful until 8th units linked up with X Corps coming from the Seoul area. The town of Osan had seen the first battle of the war three months earlier, as US units were overrun and routed. As the breakout drew closer to Osan, Col. Harris’ 7th Cavalry Regiment engaged retreating elements of the 105th Division on the evening of Sept 26th. Colonel Harris decided to wait until daylight on the 7th to assault Osan.
Attacker: American (7th Cavalry Regiment and 70th Tank Battalion "Task Force Lynch")

2020-11-26(A) M T vs T.L. North Korean winAs the Americans I fumbled a bit and lost the tank early but still managed to puncture the North Korean line on the western flank, which led to a tight game. In the end I could only exit five squads in time, so victory went to the NKPA. An interesting scenario, making woods count as LOS hindrances instead of obstacles shakes things up a lot.
2020-11-26(D) Tommi Lehtinen vs M T North Korean winA well-positioned HIP gun and possibly too aggressively move by the Americans delivered the Easy Eight exactly where the Koreans wanted it to be and it was a wreck on the first turn. However, the Korean had split they forces on both flanks, which made the American numerical superiority too much and they were able to break through the thin Korean defensive line on west flank. A tactical error by the Koreans made the situation worse as they tried to go after the broken American instead focusing on slowing the advancing squads. Luckily a Korean leader managed to run two squads and an MMG from the other side of the map to help in the last possible minute, preventing the Americans getting their sixth MMC to safety. Desperate last-minute efforts by Americans CXing on open ground in order to kill the mortal crew and thus reducing the victory conditions to five MMC were crushed by 2-2 shots. So, a narrow win to the Koreans.
2019-12-21(A) O Ramaille vs North Korean winExcellent scenario. Looked easy for the US at first, but the NKPA kept withdrawing in good order. The US tank had the possibility to exit but turn back to help infantry. Unfortunately, he was destroyed in CC. From that moment, the NKPA drew a harvest of snakes result wreaking havoc among the US troops. With only one squad able to exit, and one gun silenced, the US lost the game.
