Overview:

From 0900-1045 hours on 5 September a battery of heavy howitzers laid fire down on Guardroom II. Earlier, at dawn, German patrols had poked their way forward. The Schleswig-Holstein added to the cacophony, firing in support. Despite stocks laid in for a four week siege, food was running short. Medicine was also scarce. Somehow, the Polish garrison held on.

2024-06-29(D) Jobbo Fett vs RootinPutin German winI had to throw in the towel by the mid-way point in this scenario. Polish forces were getting beating up left and right and the reinforcements could do little to stimy the flow of German troops towards the objectives. The lack of any large firepower weapons, due to death, breakdown, or abandonment, hampered the Polish even further. Losses in leaders was also mounting and, ultimately, I could see no way of surviving the current, and next 2, scenarios and turning things around.

In the end, its a curious campaign that isn't worth as much as its selling for. The boats can feel like a gimmick at times, but the Stuka Swarm is a fun diversion, and the concept is neat, at least.
