2021-02-14(D) Andy Beaton vs Richard Hooks German winFrench armour set up to cover an exit run by the infantry, I set up 2 38t's at 7 hex range and let size, BU and better guns give me the edge in a multiturn tank duel. French infantry were intercepted in town and the infantry fight was fairly even but the French couldn't prevent the other German tanks from exiting on turn 6.

French 37* took out my PzIV on the first turn. 3 Pzs crushed the French left flank but then found the 25LL which whacked a Pz 38 and a PzII. LMG took another PzIII with a lucky side shot and French armor claimed another. Germans had whacked most of the French Infantry but all the armor losses meant a losing effort for CVP. Well played by my opponent.
