Overview:
SOLITAIRE ASL - Continiously harrasing the retreating British, the 5th Division takes the capital Kuala Lumpur without much resistance on 11 January. With the pursuit taking such a speed, problems were abound. The newly arrived Australian 30th Battalion of 29th Brigade waited for the Japanese Mukaide detachement troops to pass a bridge and after several companies had passed blew the bridge and assaulted the stranded troops. 9th Brigade was sent in to rescue but much of the command was wiped out.Attacker: Japanese (No more details)
