2023-03-31(D) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best German winThis is a very subtle scenario design. I struggled as the Germans in the first couple turns to really understand what was actually going down. The Americans have a strong force, but it can be handled if the German defense can get some early strikes. The reinforcing Germans have a long road to get exit VP, but they can not exit and avoid adding CVP to the Americans and hopefully inflict some. MALF's on our guns was problematic with the M10 MALF'ing twice. Then on Turn 6, the German sniper KIA'd the American 8-1 and that was game as the American attack was stalled. Germans managed to hold the airfield due to the 37L AA Guns and that provided the German victory at the end of 5-1/2 turns.
