Overview:
For the weary troopers of the 1st Cavalry Division, their final fight in Manila would be to secure the Agriculture Building where Admiral Iwabuchi had located his headquarters. Surrounded and with no hope for eventual victory, the well-stocked Japanese defenders would fight to the death, making the Americans pay dearly in blood for this piece of battle-worn real estate. After a brief artillery barrage, the cavalry troopers moved in even as the building was falling down around them.Attacker: American (5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division and 44th Tank Battalion)
