Overview:
On 26 September, Lt. Anton Dragan and five other wounded survivors dug their way out of the rubbled strongpoint which German assault guns had collapsed. Emerging into darkness, Dragan sent his orderly Hozhushko out to scout the area. He returned later, reporting they were surrounded, with many enemy patrols about. The first attempt to escape ran across a patrol with tommygunners. Just managing to elude them, the Russians returned and waited for the clouds to obscure the moonlight to cover their escape.Attacker: Russian (1st Company, 1st Battalion, 42nd Guards Regiment, 13th Guards Rifle Division)
Defender: German (Infanterie Division 71)

2019-03-24 | (A) Juhani Bonsdorff | vs | Russian win | First (solo) game with night rules. Russian win at last moment: 4 EVP and 1 CVP by the end of 3rd Russian turn; Germans move on 9-2 and a hero at the eastern edge of the board, fail to inflict damage in AFPh and advance into CC. No ambush, eliminate the Russians who manage to eliminate a HS and 8-1, taking 3 CVP to win the scenario.

2011-05-29 | (A) Fred Ingram | vs | Jeff Coleman | Russian win | First night scenario in years. Wow- keeping the heroes together can actually make a potent firegorup (uless a lucky shot by the enemy hoses things up). I spread out at the beginning and accidentally brought them together mid game (which worked to my advantage)
